Momentum Membership Terms and Conditions
Services: Momentum Membership (herein referred to as “Program”)
Agreement: This is a binding agreement between Client and Queen of
Manifestation LLC, (herein referred to as “Company”), owned by Jen Mazer
(herein referred to as “Coach”). Client agrees to abide by all policies and
procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation
in the Program. Coach reserves the right to terminate this agreement
immediately upon violation of its terms.
Disclaimer: Client understands Coach is not an employee, agent, doctor,
manager, therapist, registered dietician, financial analyst, psychotherapist or
accountant. Client understands their participation in this program will not
treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should
experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or
other practitioner as determined by their own judgment.
We reserve the right to make program changes with the intent of improving
the client experience at any time. In the event of a program change, a 30
day notice would be provided.
Client understands that Coach has not promised, shall not be obligated to
and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure employment, business or
sales for Client; (2) Perform any business management functions including
but not limited to, accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with
regard thereto, (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological
counseling or behavioral therapy. Client understands that no business
coaching relationship exists between the parties after the conclusion of this
program. If the Parties continue their relationship a separate agreement will
be entered into.
I want you to be familiar with our policies and procedures so that things can run smoothly between us. Please read these very carefully so that there are no misunderstandings later on.

Refund and Cancellation + Privacy Policy Agreement
No refunds or transfers will be issued.
One-Year Commitment
By joining Momentum now, you’re committing to a whole year in the program. After your first year, your membership will renew at the frequency you select below (annual will renew annually, monthly will renew monthly), and our ongoing membership renewal policy will begin.
Ongoing Membership Renewal Policy
Momentum is an ongoing monthly or annual membership. Your registration will automatically renew on an ongoing monthly or annual basis (based on your selection below) until you email us at [email protected] to request to cancel your membership. Requests to cancel must be received at least 3 business days prior to your renewal date in order to ensure you are not charged for your renewal.
